PHASE 3 - SOLD OUT!

The final, and arguably the most innovative phase, will consist of three to four single-family homes* dynamically integrated within the rest of The Art Colony community. They will embody subtle cantilevers that offset the sculptural volumes and textures on each floor. An exterior rain screen design features a glowing night-light effect that radiates from within the home. The exterior white planes of the stacked boxes will become a canvas for digital art displays that will raise the home to public art. Large street side fretted windows will permit the urban dweller to see out while appearing opaque from the outside.
