PHASE 1 - SOLD OUT
Influenced by the New Museum in New York City, the first two concept houses were designed and built in 2012. They were the first to feature cutting edge, extreme cantilevered, three story integrated entertainment/lifestyle decks adding 60% more inside-out living space that provided a 3,900 sq. ft footprint. They were appropriately nicknamed the Lego Houses and the Stacked Boxes. They generated prolific publicity and were featured on several architectural tours. The homes set a new benchmark in modern residential architecture in Houston. The homes are open at least once a year by request of Rice University and University of Houston for architectural student tours.
